monday schmonday

so i hate mondays. work today is driving me absolutely crazy cause i'm dreading every minute spent sitting here.

sure, i have some stuff to settle. and not that i'm totally slacking off, it's just that i'm working at a less productive rate - i reply on average an email and make two phone calls per hour. it's not too bad, is it?

anyway, just found out a new executive will be joining us - well, the 988 side. she's a friend of edmund. don't know why, but i'm getting a bad vibe from this whole thing. she's got a cute face and she does somehow look familiar but i don't think i've ever met her before. maybe i'm just intimidated or something.

think i'm experiencing what daffyd, the only gay in the village (little britain) did when another gay moves in to the welsh town of llanddewi brefi.

except that i'm not really gay and the new girl's not gay either. maybe it's the fact that she's an australian university graduate as well? but i don't think so. perhaps i'm just worried that her cute face would make her the most popular girl in the company - although i'm not one. hehe.

guess i'm just sick and tired of working. i need a holiday. and my hong kong trip is well over 140 days to come.
